CONSCIOUS LIVING SAFARI
Djuma Private Game Reserve, Sabi Sabi
17th to 22nd May 2105
This 5 Day lifestyle safari in the heart of the African bush was created in collaberation with Passage to Africa. It is geared to providing a platform and space for busy people to begin to develop a mindful approach to everyday living.
The key is simplicity. In the stillness and tranquility of the land where nature is perfectly, beautifully and dynamically balanced and, under the expansiveness of the African skies, there is no better place to dive in deep and reconnect to the natural state within.
The days will be framed by sunrise and sunset game drives into the wild of the bush and interspersed by simple, beginners level sessions of Yoga and Tai Chi/Qigong. Daily restorative, nurturing practices and simple mediation sessions will end our days. Acupuncture treatments will also be on offer to deepen and support this process.
There will be plenty of free time to laze around the pool, relax in the lounge, journal, retreat to the sanctuary of your room and mingle with the other guests. All the sessions and treatments are completely optional.
Delicious, healthy and wholesome meals will be prepared daily. Tea, coffee, fresh fruit and snacks will always be available.
The aim here is two fold: to step away from the frenetic hustle and bustle of ‘life’, to re-establisah a sense of connection to oneself and the natural world and to begin to develop a simple home practice that can easily be integrated into busy lives.
