• Acupuncture

  Acupuncture uses very thin, sterile, stainless steel needles placed at specific points on the body. In Chinese Medicine these points lie along channels called meridians, and treatment aims to balance the flow of qi, or vital energy. Many people feel a slight buzz or tingle rather than pain. • Moxibustion

  Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese Medicine technique in which dried mugwort, known as moxa, is burned near the skin over specific points to bring warmth to the area. It is often combined with acupuncture.

• Cupping

  Cupping places glass or silicone cups on the skin to create gentle suction, often over the back and shoulders.

• Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

  A gentle, non-invasive, hands-on therapy. Working with light touch, Priya listens to the body's rhythms and supports its natural capacity for self-regulation and repair.

• Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong

  Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient, deeply rooted traditions that weave together, unite and harmonise body, breath and movement.

• Meditation

  A practice of stillness and focused attention, offered as a guided session.

• Breathwork

  Breathwork uses conscious breathing patterns to bring awareness to the body and to help you feel calmer and more present.

• Human Design Reading

  A reading prepared from your birth date, time and place. Human Design draws on astrology, the I Ching and other traditions to describe how you are designed to make decisions and move through the world.
